Join Us as a Software Developer in Industrial Tech

About the Role

We’re looking for a Software Developer to join our team and contribute to building our industrial technology platform.

You’ll work closely with our team on backend systems, data pipelines, and user-facing applications - developing software solutions to monitor and manage asset integrity in large processing plants.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys writing code, taking end-to-end ownership, and who wants their code to have a direct impact in the integrity management systems we are creating to combat corrosion under insulation.

Your Work Will Be Within:

• Data ingestion, analysis and visualization for time-series and 3D datasets

• UI/UX development for making analysis results well understood for end-users

• Developing system architectures for scalability

• Building agentic AI interfaces for simulation software

We’re Looking For Someone With:

• Degree in Computational Physics, Computer Science, Statistics or similar

• Experience programming in Python and a lower-level language (C, C++, Rust, Fortran, ...)

• Experience with data processing in pandas, polars, dplyr or similar

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• A passion for creating new things

Nice To Haves:

• Understanding of chemical processing, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics

• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, ...)

• Full stack web development experience with Python (Django, Flask, ...)

• 3D data processing / scientific visualization experience (three.js, R3F, VTK, point clouds or Gaussian splats, ...)

• Experience with Linux and command line tools
