About the role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Commissioning Engineer to support commissioning activities throughout all phases of the project. You will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant commissioning of HVAC systems, including execution offshore. The position has the need for strong technical understanding, hands-on commissioning experience, and the ability to take responsibility for assigned systems.

Main responsibilities

• Follow up and execute commissioning activities throughout the commissioning phase to ensure safe and efficient system start-up.
• Perform commissioning tasks in accordance with established commissioning procedures.
• Ensure drawings and documents are updated with changes identified during commissioning, and coordinate updates to as-built documentation.
• Carry out offshore commissioning assignments as must-have.
• Take on system responsibility for commissioning when applicable.

Qualifications

• Technical College diploma (fagskole) or higher education. Relevant commissioning experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within HVAC commissioning.
• EX Basic Course (6–8 hours online or 22.5 hours classroom).
• Certifications: AT/SJA, Fall Protection, Offshore and Medical certificates.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in demanding project environments.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
