Housekeeping Attendants

Ytri Island Retreat is a high-end destination located in the breathtaking Træna archipelago, far out at sea on the Norwegian coast. With 38 exclusive rooms, a Michelin-ambitious restaurant, sauna facilities, and a private marina, we aim to deliver world-class experiences rooted in nature, authenticity, and the unique atmosphere of the Arctic seascape. 

We are now looking for dedicated Housekeeping Attendants to join our team. 

Arbeidsoppgaver

Ensure guest rooms, suites, and public areas are cleaned and presented to the highest standards. 
Assist with laundry and linen management. 
Report maintenance issues or guest needs promptly. 
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety standards. 
Support the housekeeping team in creating a welcoming, comfortable, and immaculate environment for our guests. 

Kvalifikasjoner

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience from hotels, resorts, or similar hospitality settings is an advantage, but not required. 
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures. 
Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team. 
Good communication skills – English required (Scandinavian languages are a plus). 
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering top-quality work.
