A role you will love

As a Senior Business Consultant, you will be primarily responsible for delivering share-based payment accounting & financial reporting implementations for clients using EquatePyramid. This includes:

• Translating client and internal stakeholder requirements into clear accounting & financial reporting solutions.

• Leading end to end financial reporting implementations for new clients, including requirements gathering and workshops.

• Analysing client data, reporting requirements, and accounting treatment to ensure accurate configuration in EquatePyramid.

• Managing data imports, reconciliations, and the application of accounting parameters.

• Collaborating with internal developers on new functionality and system enhancements, including specification writing and QA testing.

• Preparing internal documentation, memos, and compliance checklists.

• Supporting client and sales meetings through preparation and participation in workshops or demonstrations.

• Delivering internal and external training sessions.

• Assisting with additional projects and ad‑hoc tasks across the business.

What will you bring to the role?

• Solid foundational knowledge of accounting principles, including share‑based payment accounting a significant advantage.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance or economics, or equivalent education or relevant professional experience.

• Highly developed analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail when working with complex data.

• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to large implementation projects within cross‑functional teams.

• Strong process orientation, with the ability to follow, review and continuously improve established procedures.

• A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and robust delivery.

• Proven project management and people skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and geographies.

• Confident and clear communicator, able to engage effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
