Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Technical Superintendent

Due to continued growth and expansion of our operations, we are now looking to strengthen our technical team with an additional Technical Superintendent. This role complements a recent hire in the same position and reflects our increasing fleet activity.

You will take responsibility for the operational and technical performance of assigned vessels, reporting directly to the Technical Manager. The role involves close cooperation with crew and onshore departments to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant vessel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily technical follow-up and maintenance oversight of assigned vessels

• Ensure compliance with IMO, class, flag state, and operator requirements

• Budget responsibility, procurement, and invoice follow-up

• Planning and execution of yard stays of dry dockings

• Contribute to safety and HSEQ performance onboard, including support during vetting inspections

• Collaboration with the HSEQ department on system and process improvements

We’re Looking For

• Technical or nautical education and relevant experience

• Solid understanding of maritime regulations and vessel operations

• Fluent in English, written and spoken

• Fluent in Norwegian is considered an advantage

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented

• Local ties to Western Norway are an advantage
