Key responsibilities

Develop and enhance development tools -- Design and implement VS Code extensions for the nRF Connect SDK, optimizing developer workflows.
Improvedevelopment user experience -- Identifying and creating new user experiences for embedded development workflows with frontend skills.
Build cross-platform solutions -- Develop robust PC software that runs smoothly on Windows, Linux, and macOS for embedded engineers worldwide.
Collaborate with experts across disciplines -- Work alongside firmware, system, and frontend engineers to create high-quality embedded development experiences.
Ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions -- Follow best practices, including code reviews, CI/CD, automated testing, and documentation, to deliver scalable software.

Key Qualifications

M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of application development in TypeScript or similar language
Knowledge of embedded software development is a plus
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to debug and optimize embedded applications.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Self-driven and proactive team player who is passionate about embedded technology and developer tooling.
