Some of the things you will be working on:

Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and report on monthly operating costs, analysing variances against budgets and forecasts.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assisting in creating and maintaining budgets, with regular forecast updates.
Cost Efficiency: Identifying cost-saving opportunities and providing recommendations for improved efficiency.
SaaS Financial Management: Managing key SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, CAC, retention costs) to optimize financial performance.
Management Support: Delivering clear, actionable financial insights to support strategic decisions.
Quality Assurance : Ensuring financial data accuracy and compliance with internal and external requirements.

We believe you bring:

Educational Background: Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
Cost Management: Familiarity with OPEX and labour cost management is a plus.
Financial Expertise: Strong understanding of accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes.
Technical Skills: Proficient in financial systems and Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Business Central) is an advantage.
Communication: Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
Industry Experience: Previous experience in SaaS companies is preferred.
