We are now looking for a Project Coordinator at our yard in Ågotnes.

Our department in Ågotnes was established in 1994. We support subsea projects from cradle to grave. Our foremost product is a self-developed and self-produced "Christmas tree" used in subsea projects worldwide. A "Christmas tree" is a collection of valves that maintains flow control in and out of the well, e.g., oil/gas production, or the injection of carbon for storage underground.

In this role, you will:

Coordinate services and communicate customer demands to the Product Lines
Coordinate project task for all integrated service providers
Continuously improve internal process methods to increase the productivity efficiency and customer services
Provide weekly reports covering project status, progress and challenges areas
Reconcile invoicing challenges and create Variations order when needed

We are looking for candidates who have:

Experience from the Oil and Gas industry
Familiarity with the Subsea Well Control Systems
A passion for coordinate project
A will to be a part of a Team and to deliver on future goals

Formal competence requirements:

Technical education (teknisk fagbrev/ teknisk fagskole)
