Orkla Snacks is in an exciting phase of development. As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in helping Orkla Snacks deliver on its strategic ambitions by driving high-impact projects across strategy development and implementation, organisational development, improvement initiatives and structural projects.

What You Will Do

Drive strategy development and implementation by structuring key strategic questions, conducting analyses, facilitating workshops and translating priorities into actionable roadmaps and follow-up
Lead cross-functional improvement projects across the organisation, ensuring clear scope, timelines, stakeholder alignment and measurable outcomes
Support organisational development initiatives, including ways of working, governance, decision processes and capability building
Contribute to structural projects such as partnerships, acquisitions/divestments and integration planning, including analytical support and project coordination
Provide decision support through data-driven insights, business cases and management presentations for the Director Strategy & Corporate Development and relevant leadership forums
Build strong collaboration across the organisation by engaging stakeholders early, facilitating alignment and ensuring transparent communication and follow-up

We envision that you have:

A master's or bachelor's degree in business, Economics Marketing, MBA or similar relevant degree.
4+ years relevant experience, ideally from strategy/management consulting, with demonstrated ability to drive projects from analysis to implementation
Proven project management experience, including planning, stakeholder management, facilitation and structured follow-up
Experience supporting strategy processes, organizational development and/or improvement initiatives is an advantage
Exposure to structural topics (e.g., partnerships, M&A screening, due diligence support, integration planning) is an advantage
Experience with AI tools and a high eagerness to develop relevant toolkit
Fluency in English
