We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues efficiently.
Document and track support cases, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with different departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
Assist in projects as needed to support the team and organizational goals.
Contribute to application management in Cloud Operations, including proactive monitoring, error handling and coordination with hosting and infrastructure teams.

Must-Have Qualifications:

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role.
Strong technical skills with an ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical jargon for non-experts.
Proficiency in both Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Singular European citizenship/passport, due to requirements from our clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support systems.
Competence with Windows operating systems and IIS (Internet Information Services).
A demonstrated willingness and enthusiasm for learning new concepts and thoroughly understanding applications.
The ability to assist in projects as needed to support the team and organizational goals.
Experience or familiarity with application management, especially in cloud-hosted or enterprise software environments.
