Are you an experienced leader in Industrial Automation and Control Systems, ready to drive technical excellence and innovation in the Offshore energy sector? Emerging Offshore Systems is seeking a proactive Department Manager to lead the team in Offshore Solutions. This role reports to Director, Emerging Offshore Solutions (EOS).

What you will be doing

Lead and manage the Offshore Solutions Team, ensuring skills development and motivation
Develop technical proposals, studies, and manage LCM opportunities
Strong stakeholder Management between Business Units in Automation & Control
Execute department strategy and contribute to OPS strategic initiatives
Manage digitalization initiatives, Tools, and V-cloud solution

We think you should have

Proven experience in Industrial Automation and Control Systems, especially in oil and gas projects
Strong leadership skills with experience in project and team management
Experience in Systems Engineering and early-phase project work
Proactive and systematic approach to problem-solving
Familiar with IEC 62443 OT Cybersecurity standards
