Key Responsibilities

As CTO, you will define and own Hive’s overall technology strategy, lead our tech team, and be part of the executive management team!

Key responsibilities include:

Lead and develop a high-performing R&D team of robotics, autonomy, and AI engineers.
Drive the development and scaling of our technology platform.
Establish efficient systems, routines, and workflows to support scalable and structured operations.
Implement measures necessary to comply with the guidelines outlined in the company’s quality system.
Contribute to achieving technical and financial project targets, ensuring deliveries exceed customer expectations.
Represent Hive Autonomy in strategic customer and partner discussions.
Support go-to-market efforts by aligning tech milestones with delivery and customer value creation.

We are looking for a visionary CTO with a passion for building robust, reliable solutions and the ability to inspire teams to drive technological innovation!

In addition we are also eager to get onboard:

A strong product mindset, with the ability to turn customer needs into scalable technology.
Excellent cross-functional communication skills – ability to align engineering efforts with product, commercial, and operational goals.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Qualifications

Higher relevant technical degree.
Proven leadership experience in building and scaling complex, multidisciplinary technology teams.
Technical expertise in robotics, autonomy, and/or AI.
Experience in scaling up technology organizations or products will be an advantage.
Proficient in English.
