What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage and maintain documentation workflows to support compliance and operational excellence.
Assist in quality assurance efforts and help the department meet key performance indicators.
Provide flexible operational support across various tasks, adapting to evolving business needs.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination and communication.

Who are you?

Starting your career and eager to learn about ship management and maritime operations.
Experienced in administrative, document control, or logistics roles---especially within ISO-certified or maritime-related environments.
Familiar with supply chain coordination or vendor management (a plus, but not required).
Comfortable using Office 365 and digital workflows.
Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
Motivated by continuous learning and professional growth in the shipping industry.
