This role plays a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of a global ship management company, with exposure to compliance, documentation, and logistics.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and maintain documentation workflows to support compliance and operational excellence.

• Assist in quality assurance efforts and help the department meet key performance indicators.

• Provide flexible operational support across various tasks, adapting to evolving business needs.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination and communication.

Who are you?

• Starting your career and eager to learn about ship management and maritime operations.

• Experienced in administrative, document control, or logistics roles---especially within ISO-certified or maritime-related environments.

• Familiar with supply chain coordination or vendor management (a plus, but not required).

• Comfortable using Office 365 and digital workflows.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
