At Telescope, your key responsibilities will be to

Lead development across our backend stack using Python, Django, and geospatial data
Take part in system architecture and infrastructure decisions as we scale
Drive major projects end-to-end, including new integrations and internal model redesigns
Collaborate closely with design, product, and data to build seamless, performant APIs
Help define and evolve technical conventions and best practices
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing, and DevOps-related processes
