Nordic Managed Services (NMS) is seeking an experienced Technical Specialist for our pan-Nordic team for permanent employment. The Delivery team provide and deploy high level managed services for our Nordic corporate customers. Our expertise is focused on next generation software defined networking solutions (SDX, SDWAN, SD-Branch), network security and LAN/WLAN.
The position is based in Fornebu, Oslo.

YOUR KEY JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for an experienced Technical Specialist with several years of hands-on expertise in deploying and operating firewalls, switches, and WLAN Access Points (APs) with a strong background in network management and a deep understanding of various customer network environments. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Telecommunication or relevant work experience along with relevant training and certifications from leading vendors like Fortinet, Aruba, Cisco, Netskope, and Cato.
We are looking for a team player so the team could learn and educate one another. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential, especially in high-pressure customer-facing situations.
