Aker Solutions take care of energy assets in a Life Cycle perspective. From the start to end of production Aker Solutions ensures safe operations, optimizes field utilization, and enables field life-extensions. We do business development and execute modifications and maintenance projects. There is a global trend towards decarbonization, and we aim to help our customers to decarbonize their operations and measure their emissions to manage them more efficiently, for instance by delivering brownfield electrification of existing offshore facilities. Now we explore opportunities in the aftermarket for renewables, to deliver offshore maintenance for the renewable sector when the market is ready. Aker Solutions employs approximately 11,000 people in more than 20 countries.
What will you be doing?
-
Perform Reliability & Maintenance (R&M) Engineering in various front-end studies, with emphasis on low-manning installations
-
Contribute to operational and maintenance strategies, workload/OPEX analysis, and turnaround studies
-
Take part in multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring reliability and efficiency in design and execution phases

Support analysis and studies for unmanned/low-manned installations and FPSO concepts
-
Collaborate across departments and projects, including studies, modification projects, and alternative concept studies
We think you should have:
-
Experience as an R&M Engineer across all project phases, from front-end to execution
-
Strong knowledge of maintenance analysis, RAM analysis, and operational strategies

Experience with Miriam RAM software
-
Preferably experience from unmanned/low-manned installation studies or turnaround projects

Advantageous if you are familiar with NORSOK Z-008 and ISO 14224

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-focused mindset

Interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in teams
