As a Jr. Project Leader you will take on a central role at the heart of our company. You will drive small to medium-sized projects from start to finish, maintain control over timelines and ensure smooth communication across teams. This is a great opportunity to bring structure to our operations while rapidly growing your project management skills. Main Responsibilities:

• Operational Project Management: Drive small to medium-sized projects from start to finish, focusing on efficiency and quality.
• Coordination & Structure: Maintain control over timelines, milestones and deliverables across various workstreams.
• Digital Optimization: Help ensure we utilize our digital tools and systems effectively to simplify our daily operations.
• Communication & Reporting: Keep stakeholders updated on progress and ensure a smooth flow of information between teams.
• Support Strategic Initiatives: Assist senior project leaders on larger projects.

• Are highly structured and thrive on keeping things organized.
• Demonstrate a proactive "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude and are ready to step in wherever needed.
• Are naturally curious about new technology and how digital solutions can optimize our daily workflows.
• Are a true team player who communicates clearly and contributes to a positive team spirit.

• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 0--2 years of relevant experience (recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
• A solid understanding of project methodology (from studies, internships or student organizations).
• High digital competence and a natural curiosity for technology-driven optimization.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
