We’re looking for a visionary and people‑first leader to take our B2B & Card Sales organization to the next level. As Senior Director B2B & Card Sales, you will shape our national strategy, lead a talented commercial organisation, and play a key role in Circle K’s European B2B network. This is the role for you who enjoys combining strategic thinking with operational excellence --- and who thrives in an environment where customer experience, innovation and strong collaboration are at the core.

What you will lead and create

• Set and execute the B2B strategy for the Norwegian market, aligned with European ambitions

• Lead and develop a strong leadership team and high-performing sales and support functions

• Strengthen our customer portfolio through insight-driven sales, excellent service and modern solutions

• Drive commercial performance, operational improvements and cross-functional collaboration

• Ensure successful local implementation of European products, processes and concepts

Who we believe you are

• A strategic and structured commercial leader with strong financial understanding

• Experienced from sales, operations or commercial leadership in a larger organization --- ideally within service, retail or B2B

• Proven track record in building teams, driving change and delivering strong results

• Fluent in Norwegian and English
