We are looking for Customer Support Specialists to join the Customer Transactions team at our head office in Arendal, Norway. We have both a permanent and a temporary position.
In this role you will be part of a specialty team and work with colleagues and customers around the world.
The members of the team, located in Arendal, deliver high quality support to our Underwriters as part of Gard's marine insurance activities worldwide.
You will be a key member of a vibrant and international team where your primary focus will be to:
- Onboard customers
- Enter and maintain client and broker information
- Enter and maintain policy and premium data
- Produce and distribute insurance and invoice documentation to customers
- Conduct KYC / sanction checks
- Support Underwriting with various administrative tasks
- Respond to customer queries
The new colleagues we are looking for:
- has a bachelor’s degree or similar relevant education and/or relevant experience
- has a structured approach to work, with strong attention to details
- can work under pressure, is proactive and self-driven
- is ICT literate and quick to learn systems and procedures,
- is positive and service-oriented
- a good command of spoken and written English is required
- keen to build cross-functional competence
