Skilled caravan mechanic, 100% permanent position

We are looking for a skilled caravan mechanic for our workshop in Førde, starting by 1 May.

Job description:

As a mechanic in Fjordane Caravan, you will have a varied working day with a wide range of service and maintenance tasks within electronics, mechanical systems, water and pipe systems and carpentry.

You will be part of our team at the workshop, and will receive training and courses in your work tasks, as needed. We offer good pension schemes and salaries by agreement.

Tasks:

• Service and maintenance tasks related to motorhomes and caravans in our workshop.
• Participate in training and experience transfer.
• Troubleshooting, repair and service of motorhomes and caravans, installation and repair of TV satellite antenna, radio, reversing camera, solar cell, water, heating and brakes etc.

Qualifications:

• Relevant education from upper secondary school, certificate in mechanical subjects is an advantage.
• Relevant professional experience can compensate for lack of education.
• Desirable with experience as a mechanic, carpenter or similar.
• Fluent Norwegian skills.

• You are able to take the initiative.
