**About Us:**Sixteen years ago, Sigurd Wongraven established the wine production company Wongraven Wines. Today, we can proudly say that it is the strongest company in the wine business in Norway: 1.5 million liters of wine sold in 2025, and we have expanded into the Swedish and Finnish markets where we are growing rapidly.
We are a small team of three, working closely together and supporting each other in everything we do. Wongraven Wines produces a wide range of high‑quality beverages---from Champagne in France to Barolo in Italy, and all the way to locally produced craft beer in Norway.
Wongraven Wines is part of Anora Group, the largest supplier of wine and spirits in the Nordics.
**Your Role:**As the business continues to grow quickly, we are now looking for a Brand Activation Manager to take the lead on brand-building activities across our markets.
We take wine very seriously and our ambitions are high. Yet we are a modern company driven more by entrepreneurship, work ethics and energy than by endless PowerPoint presentations and reporting. We do those too, of course, but we are looking for someone who sees their profession as a way of life---because we love wine, and we love turning our passion into a business.
To succeed in this role, you need to be a street‑smart jack‑of‑all‑trades, willing to go the extra mile every day. You will be traveling across Norway, Sweden, Finland and, in the near future, Denmark.
As our Brand Activation Manager, you will plan and execute brand‑building activities that drive engagement, visibility and sales. You will be the link between strategy and execution, ensuring a consistent and relevant brand presence across markets and channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent Wongraven Wines at marketing activities and events across Norway and the Nordics
- Develop and implement activation plans for the full portfolio
- Plan and execute campaigns, events, tastings and product launches for both consumers and professional audiences
- Analyze campaign performance and use insights to optimize future activities
- Minimum 3 years of experience from a relevant industry, preferably wine and/or spirits
- Wine education, minimum sommelier certification (WSET Diploma is an advantage)
- Education and/or experience in marketing, communication or similar is an advantage, but not a must
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- A creative mindset combined with analytical skills and good business understanding
- Ability to work independently while thriving in close collaboration with others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English
- Flexibility and willingness to work intensively during peak periods and travel as needed
- Driving license
