About the position:

As part of our team, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat. You work both independently and in a team and ensure that cases are resolved within specified timeframes. Good communication with internal and external contacts is crucial to ensure high customer satisfaction and that the project's goals for response time, handling time and resolution rate are met. You will also participate in necessary training to continuously improve your skills.

Qualifications:

• Norwegian or Danish - fluent in spoken and written

• English - good knowledge

• Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive environment

• Good computer skills and ability to effectively multitask between different systems and applications

• You are solution-oriented and love to make customers happy

• As ​​you will be working different hours, we would like you to have the opportunity to work in shifts

• It is an advantage if you have worked with customer service before, but not a requirement

• Have the opportunity to relocate to Riga
