K-SIM AS Supply Chain team is looking for a forwarder to join our Supply Chain team at Bekkajordet. This employeement will last for five months.
As a forwarder you will be responsible for shipment and coordinate internally and externally. You will support our delivery organizations in delivering projects to our customers worldwide – at the right time and right place. We are looking for a person with the right qualifications and attitude to join our team.
No matter if you're just starting out or have a few years of experience, we're here to help you grow. What you will be doing
- Handle shipments from site for worldwide deliveries
- Prepare and issue required export documents
- Coordinating and support our internal teams and external customers
- Contribute to a high service level and enhancement of working processes
- Experience from international transport, logistics or global export
- Logistics / Forwarding education
- Experience in using digital tools like ERP and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Service minded with excellent communication skills
- Self-driven and team-oriented, systematic and have a structured way of working
- Capable of managing a high level of activity and meeting deadlines

You are able to
