As Standards & Compliance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful design, implementation and operation of complex technical installations - prioritizing safety, regulatory compliance and optimal performance to our Nordic charging network. By combining technical expertise with strategic oversight, you will guide projects through all phases - from initial planning to risk assessment to installation, testing and commissioning. All this while implementing cost-effective and innovative solutions. You will play an essential role in delivering high-quality infrastructure that meets both operational standars as well as environmental requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure safe, compliant and high-quality installations.
• Establish process consistency and improve standards.
• Promote innovation and cost-effective solutions.
• Provide expert technical guidance.
• Support seamless operational handovers.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaborations, both internal and external.

Success factors

• Degree in electrical engineering or equal.
• Experience from risk management and risk assessment.
• Proactive and structured way of working.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Detail-oriented and have good collaboration skills.
• A good communicator, both orally and in writing, in both Norwegian and English.

**Place of work:**at our HQ in Moss or office in central Oslo. Some traveling will be required, primarily within the Nordic region. This role reports to the Head of Engineering Standards & Compliance.
