We all have family and friends who have experienced frustrations with the healthcare system --- repeating their story to new healthcare workers who don’t have access to the relevant records. Again and again. New faces. Same story. Binders hauled between offices explaining treatments. Time wasted. Patients suffering. They shouldn’t have to.
Healthcare systems are not coordinated, not synchronized, and they don’t communicate. Healthcare professionals need to record identical activities and measures in multiple systems. We don’t suffer from a lack of information in healthcare, we suffer from information sprawl. We shouldn’t have to.
As product builders, our work is important to our employers, but at some point, we all ask ourselves the same question: Is the work itself important?
Our ambition is to give Norwegians the missing healthcare platform they deserve. An integrated set of products and services to allow institutions, clinicians, social workers, and citizens to interact seamlessly on healthcare matters.
That’s where you come in. Here’s your chance to put your talents to work for a purpose. We are seeking a Product Strategy Manager with extensive experience in driving strategic research, based at our Oslo office.
At Aidn, we believe that talented designers, engineers, and product managers should be allowed to work toward long-term goals, guided by a clear and effective product strategy. As a Product Strategy Manager, your role is to ensure that our product strategy is guided by research and data, helping us set the right direction for our product areas and teams. This will enable our product to enhance its value proposition and grow its market share.
Every day, you will be working to solve problems like these:- Lead strategic research initiatives: Conduct thorough market and competitive analyses, gather user and customer insights, and assess new product opportunities
- Translate insights into action: Ensure that research findings are communicated effectively to inform product strategy, design, and development
- Contribute to product success: Deliver valuable research and analysis to assist product teams in creating features and products that align with user needs and market trends
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, Design, and Operations to align research with the overall business and product strategy
- Strategic alignment and execution: Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer and the product organization to define and refine the product strategy, ensuring it meets user needs, market demands, and business objectives
- Master's degree in relevant fields of study: Industrial Economy, NHH, BI, LSE, etc.
- 4+ years of experience in management and/or strategy consulting
- 2+ years of working in a product organization delivering digital products
- Experience in working with senior stakeholders
- Proven success in delivering actionable insights that directly influence strategy, preferably related to scale-ups and SaaS
- A highly skilled verbal and written communicator with the ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable steps
- Demonstrates resilience and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced scale-up environment
- Embraces challenges as opportunities for improvement, takes initiative, and inspires collaboration among others
- Our working language is English, and this role requires fluency in Norwegian (Norwegian C1 is a requirement)
If you have the skills, experience, and motivation to manage these diverse responsibilities, you'll thrive with our team. At Aidn, we operate with 10 product teams, each built around our successful product trio model---consisting of a product manager, tech lead, and design lead---supported by talented engineers and designers. As the Product Strategy Manager, you’ll be a key member of the Product Leadership Team and report directly to the CPO.
Other things to get excited about:- 6 weeks of vacation
- Opportunity to take part in our employee share scheme
- The opportunity to contribute with your work, to a purpose-driven company
