🍽️ Join Us at Oppdal Turisthotell – Now Hiring Chefs! 👩‍🍳✨ We are excited to announce that Oppdal Turisthotell is hiring two skilled chefs to join our kitchen team. The positions are full-time (100%) and will start on as soon as possible. You will be part of a historic hotel known for its commitment to quality and hospitality. 🔍 What We Look For

• A passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests
• Experience in preparing dishes in line with established procedures and profitability goals
• Ability to pre-prepare ingredients daily and manage lunch and conference dinner services
• Knowledge of food handling and hygiene standards
• Familiarity with our culinary concept and ability to adhere to it
• Pride in maintaining a clean and fresh kitchen area, including storage spaces
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with service staff, bar, kitchen, and other departments
• Fluent in either Norwegian or English (Head Chef needs to speak Scandinavian language)

• Prepare high-quality dishes in accordance with our culinary standards
• Ensure daily mise en place and meal preparations for various services
• Follow the hotel’s procedures for ingredient management and hygiene
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and storage areas according to our cleaning plans
• Contribute to a positive workplace environment and teamwork with colleagues
• Work scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends
