We are now seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to join our operations - someone who shares our passion for order and tidiness, and who loves to push boundaries. You need to have a keen eye for details, and always strive to ensure the best possible experience for our guests.

The position requires a structured mindset and a team player spirit, since you will be working with a team of significant size.

• Lead our housekeeping efforts to create memorable experiences for our guests.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the entire hotel– rooms, bathrooms, common areas, storage, and corridors.
• Work together with your team to reach the departments goals and KPI targets.
• Structure balanced staffing, in line with activity at the hotel.
• Control and perform purchasing/rentals of linens, cleaning equipment, minibar goods etc.
• Keep and control inventory for your departments.
• Contribute in operations when needed.
• Actively participate in the hotels leader group.
• Contribute to a healthy work environment in your departments and the rest of the hotel.
• Inspire and motivate your team to be the best versions of themselves.

• You have experience in cleaning and and/or other hotel operations.
