We are looking for an efficient carpenter/handyperson to support our real estate company, primarily in the Stavanger area.

Experience in rehabilitation but not required — Skills in simple framing, insulation, drywall, roof, outside walls, windows and doors, and general maintenance work will be helpful. We offer a varied and dynamic workday with many different tasks.

Someone who can follow instructions and work closely with the project manager
A person who takes responsibility and shows ownership of the tasks and projects
Hard-working, reliable, and motivated
Eager to learn and willing to develop new skills

Arbeidsoppgaver

Work Tasks:

Carpentry work
Building and adjusting walls
Installing insulation
Drywall installation and finishing
Following up work tasks in coordination with the project manager (me)
Purchasing necessary materials
General gardening and outdoor maintenance
Preparing properties for sale
Assisting partner companies with house renovations
