Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is over 18 years old (due to serving alcohol).

• Learns quickly and enjoys new challenges.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment where the guest is always the main focus.

• Speaks Norwegian and English fluently.

• Is not afraid to step in and help when needed.

• Is passionate about providing guests with a great experience.

• Has an interest in food and wine and is curious to learn more.

• Is flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Personal qualities we value:

• Service-minded with a big smile.

• Cheerful, positive, and sociable.

• Responsible and reliable.

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

• Organized, tidy, and detail-oriented in your work.

It's a plus if you:

• Have knowledge of Asian cuisine.

• Have experience from the service industry (experienced waiters/waitresses are preferred).

Training will be provided, but prior experience is highly valued. The most important thing is having the right attitude and a strong commitment to quality service.
