As a Store Manager, we are looking for a person who plays a pivotal role in shaping customer experiences and operational success in one of Norway's key tourist destinations.

As a store Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer experiences and ensuring operational excellence in the tourism industry. Your contributions will directly impact our success and reputation.

• Should have at least a Bachelor's degree in any field of study.

• Strong English communication skills; proficiency in 2/3 international languages, especially Asian languages, is preferable.

• Experience in customer service of at least 1.5 years, preferably in a gift or tourist shop, or in the tourism industry.

• Flexibility to work fixed shifts, weekends, and emergencies.

• Good management and leadership skills to tackle all kinds of situations related to work.

• In this role, you will be a vital part of our operations team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Arbeidsoppgaver

• Perform the daily operations with self-reliance.

• Ensure an excellent customer service experience, especially for international tourists.

• Work to drive sales and try to meet revenue targets.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.

• Handle the Cash register responsibly.

• Maintain inventory and be responsible for the replenishment of stock.

• Build and maintain business relationships with Local and international vendors.

• Manage and supervise all sectors of the store.
