Chef - Tromsø - Full Time Position

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present buffet-style meals for both breakfast and evening service, ensuring a variety of fresh and appealing options.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Work many shifts independently — you will often be the only chef on duty, responsible for the entire buffet preparation.
Manage inventory and place orders with suppliers when necessary.
Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and best practices.

Who You Are:

Experienced in kitchen operations, ideally within a hotel or buffet-style setting.
Comfortable working independently and taking full responsibility for the kitchen during solo shifts.
Organized, efficient, and able to maintain composure under pressure.
Flexible with working hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Fluent in English; other language skills are a plus.
