Your responsabilities:
As Purchaser you will be part of the site/overhaul group within the Supply Chain and support mainly DLS overhaul and major projects in the completion phase to serve demands for components and services that arise.

• Execute and follow up the purchase to pay process.

• Issue purchase orders.

• Follow up deliveries, order confirmations, NCRs, invoices and KPIs.

• Follow up suppliers and ensure

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in business, Finance or Supply chain. Relevant work experience can compensate for the lack of formal education.

• ERP system knowledge is required.

• SAP proficiency is a plus.

• You thrive in finding solutions to serve short term demands.

• You are proactive and know who to contact in order to get swift replies.

• Good communication skills.

• Able to work independently when needed.

• You are structured and organized.

• Fluent in English both written and verbal. Norwegian language is a plus.

Contract duration: 12 months with option for extension
