We are seeking a passionate, creative and collaborative person to join our team to help publish our new game My Child New Beginnings.
Position: Full-time (100%)
Contract: 6 months, with strong potential to transition into permanent role as the project grows.
Expected start: First week of August

Create community activities that celebrate and highlight the value of our players

Actively engage with My Child players across platforms to foster a positive, inclusive community
-
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams (dev, art, support) to ensure cohesive player experiences
-
Help coordinate with external partners that may require assets, copy, or approvals.
-
Identify and positively communicate with key partners and members within the community, ranging from third party platforms to moderators and influencers.
-
Conceptualize and implement creative marketing campaigns and in-game content ideas
-
Amplify player stories that speak to real-world themes and drive social change
-
Plan and take ownership in community activities and campaigns
-
Use and experience kindness and collaboration as a core business model
Must have
-
Outstandingcommunication, organization , and writing skills
-
A learning mindset and the ability to accept feedback

Ability to work with a team, and clearly and empatheticallycommunicate.

Knowledge of campaign management
-
Solid understanding of social media platforms: TikTok, Twitter/X, Discord, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube

Proficient in English
Should have:
-
Interest in community engagement: moderating, responding to feedback, and fostering healthy interactions
-
Solid storytelling and copywriting abilities
-
Knowledge of brand management: maintaining tone, consistency, and visual identity
-
Capability in managing sensitive community situations
-
Familiarity and comfort with deciphering and using analytics to better inform decisions - from game stats to social media.

Can put together text and images in a way that looks good and works well on social media
Could have(one or more for extra bonus points):

Understanding of LiveOps Integration and how marketing aligns with the game's content calendar, events, seasons, and updates
-
Understanding of customer journey mapping and audience segmentation
-
Basic graphic design proficiency (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
-
Experience with ad platforms (TikTok, Reddit, Meta)
-
Prior influencer marketing or creator partnership experience
-
Experience with storefront management and visibility communications (Steam, Itunes, Google Play, Xbox Game Pass...)

Experience with launching games
-
Understanding of game development pipelines
-
Background in community dynamics , sociology , or consumer psychology
-
Experience with GaaS (Games as a Service) marketing and update strategies
-
Awareness of monetization models: in-app purchases (IAP) and in-app ads (IAA)

Experience with community growth: organizing events, keeping community chats active, and gathering insights for development
