SOMMELIER - JUVET LANDSCAPE HOTEL

Certified Sommelier or equivalent experience

Experience in a fine dining or boutique hotel environment

Passionate about guest experience and storytelling

Fluent in English (Norwegian is an advantage)

Good communication skills

A genuine appreciation for nature, quiet luxury, and Nordic hospitality

Curate, develop, and manage the hotel's wine list and beverage selection.

Deliver engaging, knowledgeable, and warm wine service to our guests

Train and inspire colleagues in wine and beverage knowledge

Maintain supplier relationships and oversee wine procurement and stock

Contribute to the overall guest experience in alignment with Juvet's philosophy of authenticity and simplicity

Assist with welcoming and checking in guests, and contribute to be a good host.
