Safety Manager og Compliance Monitoring Manager søkes

About the Role

Helitrans Norge AS is preferably seeking one candidate capable of holding both the Safety Manager and Compliance Monitoring Manager positions, covering both the Operational Department and the Part-CAMO/Part-145 environment.

Safety Manager Responsibilities (non-exhaustive)

• Serve as the focal point for the Safety Management System (SMS)

• Promote a positive safety culture across the organization

• Facilitate hazard identification and risk mitigation

• Monitor implementation of safety actions and performance indicators

• Prepare and deliver periodic safety performance reports

• Plan and conduct SAG meetings

• Coordinate SRB and annual safety reviews with the Accountable Manager

• Manage, distribute, and follow up on all occurrence reports

Compliance Monitoring Manager Responsibilities (non-exhaustive)

• Ensure compliance with operational manuals and regulatory requirements

• Establish and maintain a compliance monitoring programme in accordance with:

• AMC1 ORO.GEN.200(a)(6)(c)(2)

• AMC1 CAMO.A.305(a)(4); A(5)(b)(iii)

• AMC1 145.A.30(c); (ca)(b)(iii)

• Monitor the suitability and effectiveness of company procedures

• Conduct audits, produce audit reports, and ensure follow-up of findings

Qualifications and Competence Requirements

• Relevant theoretical and practical background suitable for authority approval

• Strong knowledge of EASA regulations and ICAO standards

• Experience with safety investigation techniques

• Solid leadership and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical, data management, and problem-solving abilities

• High level of professional integrity

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
