Arbeidsoppgaver

You'll welcome groups, individuals, families, and industry partners. You'll answer questions about our offers, as well as the Hardanger region and its destinations. It's your responsibility to make sure the guests feel welcome, informed, and supported. Tasks vary, and no two days are the same at Norwegian Nature Center.

Qualifications:

· Good language skills (English is a minimum requirement, preferably Scandinavian/German language)

· Good computer skills and general understanding of technology

· Experience from tourism, customer service and sales is an advantage

Om bedriften

Norwegian Nature Centreis a modern experience centre for Norwegian nature, climate and environment and the most visited human created attraction in the area. The centre is also a visiting centre for the Hardangervidda National Park.

In addition to the Nature Centre, we are also running Hardangerviddahallen restaurant and a gift shop. Norwegian Nature Centre is located in Øvre Eidfjord along the Norwegian scenic route Rv7 close to Hardangerfjord, Måbødal and Vøringsfossen. Norwegian Nature Centre's main season is from the 01. April to 31. October, with daily opening hours from 10 am to 6 pm.
