As our QA/QC Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring that our components, assemblies, and fabricated products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will be both a hands-on inspector and a quality champion-working closely with production, engineering, and external vendors to drive continuous improvement.

The position reports to Supply Chain Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• lead and perform inspections on a wide range of components and fabricated parts
• use precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy and compliance
• interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications with confidence
• Iidentify nonconformances and drive corrective and preventive actions
• maintain clear and accurate quality documentation and reports
• act as the main point of contact for vendors on quality-related matters
• communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve quality issues
• support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with standards
• collaborate across departments to uphold and improve quality performance
• travel to suppliers, sites, and customers when needed

Qualifications:

• experience in QA/QC within manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environments
• strong skills in dimensional inspection and measurement techniques
• ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications
• comfortable using digital tools for reporting and documentation
• background in machining, welding, or fabrication is a plus
• experience working with suppliers and handling quality issues
• familiarity with standards such as ISO, ASME, and NORSOK
• willingness to travel as part of the role
