In this role you will work with multidisciplinary teams covering the full transactional cycle, including Sales, Planning, Production, Service and Customer Care, to deliver goods and services in accordance with the agreed technical and commercial terms with our clients.

By joining us as a Project Engineer you will be responsible for delivering Downhole Monitoring and Control systems towards a range of different clients. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Taking ownership for Downhole delivery of equipment and services from project kick-off to commissioning of final installation.

• Planning the installation of the Downhole monitoring and control systems in close cooperation with the clients and other relevant service companies.

• To lead or initiate internal Project Kick-off, Alignment, Risk, Pre- and Post-Job meetings when required.

• To participate in Customer driven Kick-off, Progress Update, Risk, Pre- and Post-Job meetings when required, ensuring relevant actions are documented and followed up.

• To actively Identify and mitigate Risk on any Project, Field or Account.

• Accountable to ensure on-time delivery of project deliverables according to project requirements and specifications and in line with the Customer Project Schedule for delivery of Goods, Project Documentation and Services.

• Setting and prioritizing of ongoing projects, according to the customer’s schedule and needs

• Ensuring that project team members, inclusive of any third parties, are provided with necessary and relevant information to effectively deliver their allotted work.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Higher education in a technical field (Proven experience can compensate for formal education)

• Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)

• Demonstrable skills in interacting with people and proactively search for solutions

• Ability to work and engage across multidiscipline functions to drive alignment and progress

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Work and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Norwegian language skills (verbal and written)

• Basic knowledge in Drilling & Completion operations
