MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
• Recruit, onboard, and train new guides to ensure high-quality service
• You will oversee and maintain the guide training program
• Provide guidance and support to new guides on practical matters such as housing, taxes, and local logistics
• Coordinate and manage guides' schedules, incl. tracking of working hours
• Serve as a key liaison between management and guides, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency
• Jump on a tour and guide, if needed

REQUIREMENTS:
• Fluent in English (C1) plus minimum two of the following languages:

• German (big plus!)
• Dutch
• French
• Spanish
• Italian
  • Based in the Bergen region, or willing/able to move there on short notice
  • You are familiar with Norwegian culture, history and nature
  • You have experience in guiding
  • Experience in coordinating and leading an international team is a 'plus'
  • You have a flexible, practical, hands-on mentality
