Typical tasks can be:- Coordinate and facilitate internal JV audits (audits of Aker BP operated licenses).
- Conduct and lead external financial audits of joint venture partnerships to assess compliance with financial agreements and regulations.
- Stay up to date with accounting standards, financial regulations, and industry best practices related to joint ventures.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with joint venture partners and collaborate on financial matters.
- Contribute to sufficient update of internal governance, policies and procedures for Joint Venture Audits.
- Build networks and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or finance.
- 5-10 years' experience from JV Audit or other relevant experience from the Norwegian oil industry.
- In depth knowledge of relevant standards and legislations within Joint Operating Agreement, Attachment B Accounting Agreement laws and regulations, Offshore Norge Guidelines and Financial Accounting.
- Experience from JV Accounting is an advantage.
- Support and drive automation and digitalization of audit process.
- Fluent in both Norwegian and English.
