I tillegg til Norge i et nøtteskall tilbyr Fjord Tours ulike turer, aktiviteter, overnatting og transportbilletter både til B2C og B2B

B2B-kunder er hovedsakelig internasjonale turoperatører og agenter fra hele verden.

Vi er et selskap i sterk vekst og ansetter derfor flere i vårt internasjonale salgsteam. I denne omgang er vi på jakt etter en selvgående og erfaren Key Account Manager til å supplere vårt B2B team i Bergen.

Som Key Account Manager vil du ha ansvar for dedikerte kunder og markeder, samtidig som du vil ha et overordnet ansvar for å støtte og videreutvikle alle våre eksisterende kunder.

Vi ser etter deg som liker å selge, kommunisere med kunder og er serviceminded. Du liker å bygge relasjoner, forbedre og effektivisere arbeidsprosesser, er strukturert og du tar alltid utgangspunkt i kundens behov. Du har erfaring fra lignende stillinger og du snakker flere språk.

Fjord Tours AS is the company behind Norway in a Nutshell® - Norway's most internationally known tour. Norway in a Nutshell is a round trip with public transport and was launched in 1982. Since then, Fjord Tours has been a leading player in the tourism industry in Norway. Fjord Tours is owned by the VY group and Fjord1.

Fjord Tours sees nature in Norway as a national treasure and wants visitors from all over the world to experience it in an effortless, organized and sustainable way. In addition to Norway in a Nutshell and other Nutshell tours, Fjord Tours offers various activities, accommodation and transport tickets which we distribute both to B2B and B2C.

Our B2B customers are mainly international tour operators and agents from all over the world. We are growing strongly and are therefore hiring more people in our international sales team. We are currently looking for a self-motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to supplement our team in Bergen.

As Key Account Manager, you will have responsibility for dedicated customers and markets, while at the same time you will have overall responsibility for supporting and further developing all our existing customers.

We are looking for a sales focused, communicative and service-minded colleague. You enjoy building relationships, improvingand streamlining work processes, are structured and understand our customers needs. You have experience from similar positions and you speak several languages.
