The opportunity

ELDI is strengthening its global product leadership within Aquaculture **Pens,**one of our most important global product lines within pen systems and aquaculture technical solutions.

We are now seeking a Product Director -- Pens to take full end‑to‑end ownership of this product line, with total responsibility for technical product integrity, strategy, execution, and financial performance. You will hold full P&L responsibility and serve as the clear global owner of the Pens product portfolio, accountable for results across all markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership for the global Pens product line, including profitability, growth, and cost performance
• Own and develop the product strategy and roadmap
• Lifecycle management and continuous improvement of the product portfolio
• Ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and robustness across products and deliveries
• Lead large‑scale, complex global project deliveries, ensuring reliable execution and commercial outcomes
• Contribute to customer dialogue and major tender and bid processes
• Personnel responsibility for the Pens team
• Collaborate closely with coworkers in technology, sales, delivery across all regions where the company is present

Key Requirements

• Senior leadership experience with documented full P&L responsibility
• Proven ability to drive profitable growth in complex, global product or project environments
• Strong combination of commercial, financial, and technical capability
• Background in aquaculture, marine, offshore, or structural systems
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams in an international matrix organization
