Senior Process Engineer

Role Overview:
Engineering generalist with multidisciplinary expertise. Performs engineering work across operations, production, construction, and maintenance environments. Responsibilities are carried out within the Engineering function, either as a generalist or across a combination of disciplines.

Key Characteristics:

• Recognized as an expert within their area of specialization in the organization

• Demonstrates significant depth and/or breadth of expertise within their discipline or function

• Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends appropriate solutions and best practices

• Solves complex problems using a broad, strategic perspective

• May lead functional teams or projects

• Works independently, requiring guidance only in the most complex situations
