We are looking for a passionate and strategic thinker to take the lead on elevating Norwegian Reward - our award-winning loyalty program - to the next level.
As our new Senior Product Manager Loyalty, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our loyalty initiatives, from strategy and design to implantation and continuous optimization. Your work will focus on increasing member retention, boosting engagement, and maximizing lifetime value, all while aligning closely with our broader business objectives.

Manage enrolment, benefits, promotions, and reporting in close collaboration with internal teams. Improve loyalty touchpoints and campaigns to drive engagement, while using CRM, Spenn, and loyalty mechanisms to enhance the customer journey.
Work closely with the Reward team to scope and prioritize the roadmap, ensuring alignment with program goals. Contribute to the development and successful delivery of Reward projects, while also driving ideas for program and process optimization.
Reporting on Reward performance, points budgets, and key loyalty metrics. Forecast accruals, redemptions, and FQTV benefits, and work with the data team to build reports and KPIs that track program impact and campaign ROI.
Work closely with Spenn to make sure the partnership works well for members and supports Norwegian's goals. Identify joint opportunities, coordinate cross-partner activities, and ensure Spenn delivers the data and reports we need.
Keep up with loyalty trends across industries and contribute ideas to strengthen the program. Support market analysis and benchmarking to ensure our offering stays competitive and relevant in current and new markets.
Act as GDPR contact for the product team and main point of contact for loyalty system providers like Comarch and Spenn. Collaborate with Customer Care and IT to resolve member issues and bugs.
What you Bring into the Role- Master's degree in business or related field
- Experience from loyalty programs
- Airline industry experience is an advantage but no required
- Results orientation, strong work ethic and desire to achieve excellence
- Strong analytic skills with good understanding and processing of data
- Strong business acumen; able to see the big picture and monitories all aspects
- Experience working cross-functionally within teams
- Proficiency in English written and oral
- Market-aligned compensation
