Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Specialist – Take a Key Role in a Leading European Real Estate Group (Søk uten CV og søknadsbrev)

We are now looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Specialist to take a leading role in major finance system initiatives across the group.

The role

In this role, you will lead and actively drive large-scale system projects within finance and accounting. We are looking for someone with experience from consulting or major transformation programmes, who is motivated by owning projects end-to-end, delivering tangible results and creating lasting value for the organisation.

Your first major assignment will be the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in our largest markets. The system is already live in four countries, but the highest transaction volumes are in the markets we are now focusing on. The role combines coordination and leadership with hands-on implementation work, and you will join a forward-thinking, highly competent team with strong delivery capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations from planning through to operational delivery

• Analyse and improve finance and accounting processes across the Heimstaden Group

• Coordinate projects and resources across countries, departments and external partners

• Ensure training, documentation and testing of new functionality and system upgrades

• Work closely with architects, IT and local finance teams on integrations, data quality and system design

We believe you bring:

• Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, particularly finance modules (GL, Projects, Procurement, AR/AP)

• Background from management consulting or large-scale system and transformation projects

• A strong sense of ownership and the drive to deliver results from start to finish

• An analytical, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate across teams and borders

• Full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken
