The oppertunity
As a Sales Development , you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our portfolio of partners. This role requires a proactive approach, with an expectation that you will be frequently on the road, visiting potential partners to build strong relationships and identify growth opportunities. You will ensure that your partners have everything they need to succeed, supporting their development and driving the growth of Easee. Working closely with the team, you will help secure partnerships with the best players in the region. The position is focused 70% on generating new business with your existing and new partners.
With that, you will help Easee make a significant impact in the world and make electrification effortless for as many people as possible.
What you will do:Easee is a Norwegian green-tech company that was founded on the belief that electrification should be effortless for all. Our products make life easier for both installers and users by minimising barriers and promoting the widespread adoption of electrical technologies. Easees ecosystem of innovative products and services paves the way for the power grid of the future -- a grid that distributes power more efficiently and utilizes capacity more intelligently.
Easee was established by three entrepreneurs in 2018, and designs, develops and manufactures products in Scandinavia. Fluent in Norwegian or Danish or Swedish and English

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

Sales Acumen : Proven track record with a minimumof 3-4 years in B2B sales (preferably in the EV or clean energy sector), with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close deals.

Proficiency in CRM software: (Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tracking tools.

Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets while managing multiple accounts and opportunities.
