Business Controller

About the position

As a Business Controller, you will be a key person in an ambitious and close-knit team, which today consists of Finance, HR, Sales & Booking. You will be co-responsible for controlling, reporting, analyses and business support -- and will be a sparring partner for the organization.

The position is full-time and located at our office in central Oslo.

Your tasks

• Controlling monthly accounts in collaboration with external bookkeeping
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting
• Participation in year-end closing and preparation of material for audit
• Financial analysis
• Optimization and development of internal reporting tools and processes
• Ad hoc analyses, investment cases and business projects

Skills and experience we need you to have

• Relevant education
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate numbers into action
• Experienced user of Excel
• Knowledge of the restaurant industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of E-conomic is an advantage
• You work independently, you are structured and can handle both numbers and relationships with others
• Fluent Norwegian skills as well as strong written and verbal skills in English
