Bus Driver

Job description:

Do you like rugged landscapes, deep valleys and high mountains? Are you tempted to drive a bus in Norwegian nature? We need good bus drivers for our departments in Norway! Both within public transportation and tour buses. The job is more than driving a bus from A to B. You are responsible for both the bus and the passengers. A bus driver must make independent decisions and provide service in situations that arise.

Skills:

• Valid driver's licence class D
• Good language skills in English is an advantage
• Norwegian/Scandinavian language Level A2/B1
• Valid passanger carrying vehicle (PCV) driver's licence.

• Bus driving experience is an advantage, but not maniotry
• Ability to exercise good customer service

Working hours and place of work:

37,5 hours per week. Rotation schedule with different type of rotation, including commute rotation.

We have currently vacant positions in Bergen, Tromsø and Trondheim. Please specify preferred city in your application.

Type of contract:

Permanent 100% contract.

Start date:

01st June 2023

Salary:

Wages according to the tariff, and we follow the bus industry agreement (BBA). The are additional pay rates for weekends, evening and part time shifts.

Other information:

Relevant candidates will be offered a Norwegian course to approve Level A2/B1. In case of moving to Norway the company will be helpful with housing.
