Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company. What you will be doing

The People Resourcing team delivers recruitment and employer branding services across the company's operations in Norway. The team works closely with leaders, HR colleagues, business areas nationwide, and shared service functions to ensure efficient and high-quality recruitment and onboarding processes.

The team consists of nine experienced recruiters located across different sites in Norway, including our headquarters in Oslo. They collaborate closely to support hiring across a wide range of roles and business areas, sharing knowledge and supporting each other to ensure high-quality recruitment delivery.

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join the team during a 9-month maternity leave. The role will support recruiters and HR colleagues with administrative and operational recruitment activities, contributing to efficient recruitment delivery and a positive onboarding experience for new employees.

  • Publish job advertisements across relevant channels.

  • Draft employment contracts and support onboarding activities.

  • Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment processes.

  • Support recruiters with CV screening and sourcing activities when needed.

  • Maintain documentation and ensure data quality in recruitment systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.

  • Provide ad-hoc support to recruiters and HR colleagues.

  • Support our group processes, e.g., Summer Internship & Graduate Programme.

What will make you successful?
  • Experience in HR administration, recruitment support or coordination.

  • Structured, detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Comfortable with digital systems and quick to learn new tools.

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, with clear communication and collaboration skills.

  • Proactive, reliable, and willing to support the team in a busy environment.
